The majority of our work with clients is bespoke and designed to meet their very specific needs. We are asked by many different organisations across many different industries and disciplines to help drive performance improvements with our mental training tools and methodologies.

These projects tend to take the form of longer contracts; senior members of the MindSpan Team are deployed to work in partnership with our clients.

An example of this would be a Continual Development Strategy, with MindSpan training interventions, ongoing assessment and evaluation, together with other advanced MindSpan applications. Some such strategies might employ a top-down cascade of development. In other cases, we may begin our work with front-line staff. MindSpan is often used to create major cultural change within an organisation, not simply deliver short-term training.
