Leicestershire Constabulary
Key Performance Training Objective -
To further enhance the levels of service delivery both to the public and internally within the organisation. This in turn needs to positively impact the public confidence scores that the constabulary achieves. We have been working with Leicestershire Constabulary since early 2008 delivering a programme of seminars and training workshops that further enhance the understanding of service excellence, develop cultural mindset and attitude and drive even more effective service communication.

Volvo Construction Equipment

Key performance training objective -
To raise the quality of leadership and management throughout the organisation to in turn positively impact commercial success during the challenging economic climate. We have been working with Volvo CE since late 2007 delivering seven extensive leadership programmes to different layers of management in the organisation. These programmes have been bespoke designed to meet the specific needs of the client and the varied needs of participants. Each of the programmes has been underpinned with psychological and attitudinal elements and then built upon with appropriate skills development.

Volvo Construction Equipment Italy
Key performance training objective –
To positively impact the focus and culture of the organisation to improve commercial results in a changing climate. Staff at all levels are working through our Peak Performance Mind programme to enable them to develop the three psychologies of high performance. Whilst we have worked with clients in a number of European countries this is the first project delivered in a non-english language.

Various Spire Hospitals
Key performance training objective –
To positively impact service culture and delivery to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction. This is being measured by scores on annual surveys.
We have been working with a number of Spire Hospitals over recent years delivering bespoke designed programmes that meet the specific needs of each one. Each programme has embraced the importance of psychology and communication in further enhancing service delivery standards.

Team East for Skills Project
Key performance training objective –
To build the confidence and personal resources within unemployed people to initiate their progression into employment, volunteering or education.
We have designed a bespoke four day programme called ‘Get in the Game’ that we are delivering on the funded Team East for Skills initiative. This has been running since 2009 and finishes at the end of 2011. We are working on this project in collaboration with Creative arts East in Norfolk and Momentum for Arts in Cambridgeshire. Our GitG programme teaches participants the thinking skills and attitudes that enable them to make significant improvements to their lives.
